Infosys Public Services is seeking an Okta Specialist to join our Rockville, MD, or Hartford CT Location.
Position Description (scope of work or brief narrative) :
- Configure, support, and maintain Okta SaaS / IpaaS cloud services and Data Management systems.
- Translates business requirements into design specifications and configurations
- Analyze industry and technology trends and advise clients on Okta portal enhancement.
- Manage the timely flow of Okta product changes to users.
- Identify and analyze Okta trends and their implications for business strategy.
- Create and maintain a library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets.
