Job Title: Senior Client Partner
Infosys seeks a seasoned professional to lead client interfaces and build account plans for the Information Services and Publishing vertical.
About the Role:
The Senior Client Partner will be responsible for managing client relationships, business development, and client delivery assurance. They will collaborate with delivery stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of commitments to clients and create account plans including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, and price decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $50M , own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
- Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client
- Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.
About Infosys Information Services and Publishing:
Infosys' Information Services and Publishing (IS &P) practice serves marquee clients in Newspaper, Book publishing business (B2C) and Information services providers (primarily B2B). We enable information services and publishing enterprises to become more resilient with the Live Enterprise framework.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 14 years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
- Significant business development and project management experience
- Experience serving / working for Publishing / Information Services industries. This includes Book Publishers, Newspapers, Domain-specific Information providers (such as Legal, Financials, and Risk Management)
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA degree or foreign equivalent and 10 years of experience
- Knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market solutions
- Good understanding of industry-specific business issues and drivers. Content processing value-chain in Publishing/Information Services
- Global Delivery Model experience
- Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
- Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship
