Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled L3 Network Engineer with expertise in Cisco routing and switching, Aruba wireless and LAN, Versa SD-WAN, Palo Alto, Juniper, Cisco, and Fortinet firewalls. The ideal candidate will also possess Ansible or Python coding skills, which will be considered a valuable addition to the role.
Responsibilities :
- Provide advanced technical support for complex network issues, focusing on Cisco routing and switching, Aruba wireless and LAN, Versa SD-WAN, Palo Alto, Juniper, Cisco, and Fortinet firewalls.
- Handle escalations from L2 teams, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Lead and execute projects for the Network Operations Center (NOC), including network upgrades, migrations, and expansions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize network solutions based on business requirements.
- Maintain documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the team.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance network performance, reliability, and security.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and contribute to the advancement of the organization's network infrastructure.
