Job Title: React Native Expert

Required Qualifications:
- The candidate must be located within commuting distance of Boca Raton, FL or be willing to relocate to the area. Travel in the US may be required.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty can be considered in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 6 years of Information Technology experience.
- Expertise in React Native skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership: 4 years of experience managing technical mobile development teams.
- Agile & Scrum Methodologies: Proficient in implementing Agile practices to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Mobile App Development: 5 hands-on experience in application architecture and developing complex iOS and Android apps using iOS and Android platforms and cross-platform React Native, Xamarin.
- Coding guidelines, unit testing coverage, and documentation.
- User Experience (UX) Design: Strong understanding of UX principles to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Human interface guidelines for iOS and Android.
- Product Strategy: Ability to align mobile app strategies with business goals, driving growth and innovation.
- Create roadmaps, timelines, and estimations and budgeting.
- Project Management: Skilled in managing large-scale projects from inception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Quality Assurance: Commitment to high standards of app performance, security, and user satisfaction.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with partners in product, testing, backend architects, and development teams for growth strategy.
The job requires sitting as well as working at a computer for extended durations. The ability to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face is essential. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
