- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology
- Location for this position is Fort Worth, TX. This position requires relocating to project/Client's location .
- Implementation experience with SAP HCM – Time Management / Time evaluation.
- Good understanding regarding integrated, Time Evaluation and Payroll processing within SAP – HCM.
- Good Understanding of Cross Application Time Sheet (CATS).
- Implementation and Lead / coordination experience with handling inbound / outbound, Interfaces involving SAP -HCM, SAP-Time Management/CATS and Legacy Time recording / scheduling systems.
- Experienced in leading a team leveraging the onsite / offshore work model.
- Strong Integration experience with Legacy Time Management to bring complex work schedule & shift scheduling data into SAP.
- Exposure to integrations and interfaces for multiple Unions (involving complex labor rules)
- Exposure to Positive Time Management involving Clock-in / Clock-out.
- Exposure to SAP HCM integration with SuccessFactors-EC and third-party time management systems.
