What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oracle EBS Functional Lead Consultant position at Infosys?
Infosys is seeking an Oracle EBS Functional Lead Consultant with SCM experience. The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on the Oracle E-business suite platform from customer's requirements. The selected candidate will be part of requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment of solution on Oracle EBS. The selected candidate will troubleshoot the issues on order to cash business process cycle and work with technical teams to resolve them. They will interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT / Indianapolis, IN / Melville, NY / Phoenix, AZ / Raleigh, NC / Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to any one of the mentioned area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada.
- Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
- At least 6 years of working experience with Oracle eBusiness suite implementation / upgrade / support.
- Experience in 2 to 3 EBS full cycle implementations.
- At least three years of experience in overall architecture discipline (applications, data, technical, security, development, operational, etc.).
- Lead discussions and develop, design and architecture for strategic initiatives, on-premise enterprise solutions, engaging various core logic business and technology teams as necessary.
- Understand as-is process, define to-be-processes, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, solution design, test planning and execution, system integration testing, supporting UAT, cut-over and go-live.
- Experience in Oracle EBS R12 supply chain management, order management, distribution, supply chain planning, procurement, and inventory modules.
- Experience with lean / agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on solution architecture / design / detailing of Processes.
- At least 5 years of experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and mapping business process.
- At least 5 years of experience in development / configuration / solutions evaluation/ validation and deployment.
- Experience managing team size of 4-5 would be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In Melville, NY : $93,713 to $122,001
