As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. $86,534 to $ 140,104

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- At least 4 years of working experience in QA Testing
- 4 years of Performance Engineering Experience
- Location for this position is Sunnyvale ,CA
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

- Excellent performance engineering experience or equivalent knowledge in Software Engineering Experience in testing, troubleshooting & providing tuning recommendations for SAP S/4 Hana applications. Experience in various software development and test methodologies. Experience in performance testing tools such as Loadrunner Enterprise, Apache, JMeter. Experience in performance tuning of SQL queries. Experience with JVM tuning techniques. Experience in data analysis and visualization. Experience in one or more programming languages such as Python, Perl, ABAP,Java, C . Knowledge of Database Management Systems such as Oracle, SAP HANA. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills. Skillset Asks: Good to Have Exhibit creativity and a willingness to explore new technologies. Experience in performance assessment and optimization of complex applications built on the SAP BTP, AWS, or GCP. Experience in performance testing and analysis of mobile apps. Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of Algorithms and Big O-Notation.
