Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Principal Enterprise Applications - SAP OTC Consultant

As a Principal Enterprise Applications SAP OTC consultant, you will be a expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 15 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Location for this position is Plano,TX. Candidates should be ready to regularly work from office. This position may require travel and/or relocation.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD/LE (Order to Cash Business processes) including AATP, EDI, pricing, invoicing & settlement processes along with legacy system integration,
• Experience in SAP SD and Logistics Execution (SAP Order to Cash) with around 5 years in SAP order to Cash in CPG Industry sector
• Strong cross functional and integration knowledge,
• Strong leadership skills and working with customer directors and senior directors (Experience with project management)
• Excellent Management and communication skills and should be capable of working closely with the client senior leadership in order to report out critical issues/incidents on the floor (Keeping leadership informed of progress and issues),
• At least 4 End to End SAP ERP implementation experience with at least 2 in SAP S/4HANA environments
• Experience in managing large scale, implementation, and Application Support engagements - preferably with Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Has led large team of more than 30 SAP SD/LE consultants, across geographies (Management of global remote teams),
• Excellent experience in problem management (fixing recurring issues) and bringing in ideas for system automations and long term reduction of incidents,
• Lead solutioning of critical and high application support issues end to end, & should be able to bring various tools and stakeholders together in order to build a quick solution to fix the issue and ensure a long-term solution is also triggered,
• Work closely with the deployment teams to ensure smooth transition of work from projects to support,
• Able to lead Critical issues to resolution
• Exposure and working experience of SAP DSD would be highly preferred,
• Exposure to SAP debugging is required
• Knowledge of S/4 HANA simplifications in logistics area will be an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
• Strong leadership skills. Ability to lead team in resolving complex issues in a fast pace and challenging environment.
  
  

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
