Principal Marketing Manager - Public RelationsInfosys is looking to hire a Principal Marketing Manager – Public Relations. In this role, the respective individual will have a passion and understanding for Public Relations and extensive experience in the IT sector, especially promoting IT service lines across business verticals.Qualifications Basic : Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 13 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor’s degree or 11 years of relevant work experience with MBA.Location for this position is preferably Dallas or New York. This position may require travel up to 15%.USA citizens and those legally entitled to work in the USA are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.Preferred : The candidate should have a deep understanding of working as an integral member of the global PR team.Should have a sound understanding of how public relations campaigns are developed and managed in a global environment.Should be able to develop strategic plans aligned to business objectives articulated by the management and execute them independently.Ability to exercise leadership in executing key processes and leveraging subject matter expertise to obtain desirable success metrics.Should have media relations experience, and experience in digital marketing will be an added advantage.Should have good stakeholder management skills, and should be able to confidently and clearly share recommendations, backed with data, facts, and experience.Must have very strong communication skills and will be expected to develop / review Press Releases, messaging, briefing books, bylines, and other content, keynotes, and speeches.Should be able to demonstrate leadership in managing external partners.Working with a globally distributed team and agencies across time zones is an integral part of the job.
