Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team at Infosys. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product backlogs, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in the P&C insurance domain, with a strong understanding of commercial and personal lines insurance, MGA/brokers/intermediary systems, and Agile methodologies. They will also have excellent collaboration skills, applied experience with large-scale complex IT projects, and proficiency in MS Office tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with P&C insurance domain
- Commercial Lines Insurance
- Personal Lines Insurance
- MGA / Brokers / Intermediary systems
- Scrum/Agile experience in a Product Owner role
- Strong collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 6-8 Years' experience in one or more of the following skills-
- AI awareness
- P&C Insurance domain
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SharePoint, Quality Center, Rally and JIRA and similar Project management tools a plus.
