Key Responsibilities:
- Manage business priorities and provide direction to Business Analysts on features/user stories.
- Owning the EPIC/Feature workflow for the team.
- Leading meetings and discussions with business stakeholders.
- Defining business value in delivery.
- Creating design documents.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in P&C domain with commercial lines insurance, personal lines insurance, MGA / Brokers / Intermediary systems.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Applied experience with large scale, complex IT projects.
- Familiarity with multiple software development methodologies.
- P&C Insurance domain expertise.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
- Awareness of AI technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Scrum/Agile experience in a Product Owner role.
- Experience working with development teams that support various technology platforms.
