Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- At least 4 years of working experience in QA Testing
- 4 years of Performance Engineering and SAP Experience
- Location for this position is Austin, TX
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies All applicants authorized to work in the United State are encouraged to apply
Preferred Experience:
Excellent performance engineering experience or equivalent knowledge in Software Engineering
Experience in testing, troubleshooting & providing tuning recommendations for SAP S/4 Hana applications.
Experience in testing, troubleshooting & providing tuning recommendations for SAP S/4 Hana applications.
- Experience in various software development and test methodologies.
- Experience in performance testing tools such as Loadrunner Enterprise, Apache, JMeter.
- Experience in performance tuning of SQL queries.
- Experience with JVM tuning techniques.
- Experience in data analysis and visualization.
- Experience in one or more programming languages such as Python, Perl, ABAP,Java, C .
- Knowledge of Database Management Systems such as Oracle, SAP HANA.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills.

- Exhibit creativity and a willingness to explore new technologies.
- Experience in performance assessment and optimization of complex applications built on the SAP BTP, AWS, or GCP
- Experience in performance testing and analysis of mobile apps
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Algorithms and Big O-Notation.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
