What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Associate Consultant position at Infosys?
Infosys is seeking Senior Associate Consultant -Angular and UI. Candidate will be a skilled and experienced Angular Developer. Candidate will have a strong background in developing robust and scalable web applications using Angular. Candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces, collaborating with back-end developers, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 2 years of experience on developing web applications using Angular best practices
- At least 2 years of experience in implementing user interfaces for modern web applications
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate RESTful APIs.
- Conduct performance tests and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with latest Angular versions 16 and above
- Experience in Production support is good to have
- Experience with monitoring tools is good to have
- Good Communication and Analytical skills
- The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
