Senior Consultant-Product Management

Infosys is seeking Senior Consultant- Product Management / Owner . This role requires gathering Client Requirement for platform capabilities and converts them to Epics, user stories. Analyses client requirements for platform fitment and configuration, data integration user stories for implementation scrum teams. You will play a pivotal role to liaison between Customers and our Platform Engineering team and Implementation teams. Essential job duties shall include evaluating the product features and configurations against customer current and future needs as well as competition to be able to identify table stake, differentiated and innovative features that need to be built into the product.

Required Qualifications :

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Lincoln, NE or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the speciality in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• 3 years in a Product Management environment and working with multiple stakeholders (internal, customer organisation, vendors)
• 3 years of healthcare experience or experience of product / solution management experience. Expertise in one or more payer functions – Product, Member, Provider, Contracting, Claims, Quality, Risk Adjustment, HEDIS.
• Hands on experience working with Payer / Provider / PBM organisations
• Experience with any one payer functions – Product, Member, Provider, Contracting, Claims, Quality, Risk Adjustment, HEDIS
• Experience in legacy and web-based systems interfaces, Application Programmable Interfaces (APIs)
• Working knowledge of EPIC, FEATURE and User Story writing.
• Customer users to understand their pain points and turn these into journey maps, actionable user stories.
• Multiple customers conducting analysis and incorporate findings, feedback and insights from customer and business research.
• Ability to understand applications, systems, processes to enable execution of product and implementation requirements.
• Conduct workshops, understand user personas, identify, decompose, groom, and prioritize user stories while eliciting requirements from business partners and clearly identify acceptance criteria, assumptions, risks and dependencies.
• Customer obsession, seeking ways to listen, engage and act for their benefit.
• Critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills to address core business problems.
• Support user testing and ensure product meets implementation needs.
• Track progress and perform demo to relevant internal stakeholders and external product users.
• Strong reporting abilities by keeping track of multiple topics / open questions.
• Strong acumen in MS office related tools – PowerPoint, Excel.
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, Visio.
