Infosys is seeking for a SiteMinder/SSO Engineer. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Engineers and Subject Matter Experts.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Pittsburgh, PA or Richardson, TX or Raleigh, NC or Phoenix, AZ or Indianapolis, IN or Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- At least 2 years of IAM domain knowledge, including SiteMinder server knowledge – SiteMinder v12.x policy server and agent installation, configuration, and support.
- Experience installing, configuring, and supporting web services using SiteMinder v12.x or with similar Web Access.
- Core technical capabilities across Linux, Windows, active directory, LDAP, database, monitoring, service management, cloud, and containerized app platforms to diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide technical operational guidance.
- Support Linux, Windows, active directory, LDAP, database, monitoring, service management, cloud, and containerized app platforms to diagnose, troubleshoot, and providing technical operational guidance.
- Support incident management process followed in the organization according to ITIL standards.
- Product vendor communication for trouble tickets .

- Hands-on experience in working in Global Delivery Model with onsite/offshore resources

- Proven self-starter with the ability to problem-solve, communicate, participate in diverse project teams from a technical perspective, and interface effectively with customers, vendor partners, and colleagues
