Splunk Administrator

Infosys is seeking for a Splunk Administrator. As a Splunk Admin, you will play an important role in design and implement solutions to address business problems in various industry verticals in implementing and administering Splunk. You will work closely with offshore team acting as a communication medium between the client and offshore team. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 1 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 1 years of experience in Splunk Administration.
• Knowledge on PowerShell.
• In depth knowledge of key Experience in UNIX and RHEL operating systems.
• Ability to quickly establish credibility and trustworthiness within key stakeholders.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
