Infosys is seeking a System and Financial Reporting Business Analyst - The position will primarily be responsible for supporting the customer’s Finance Operations applications as a Business Analyst. You must have good understanding of FP&A, financial modelling, finance metrics and management reporting along with proficiency in gathering requirements, documenting user stories, creating test plans and driving Business Acceptance testing. You must also be experienced in working with multiple cross-functional teams in an Agile
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Lisle, IL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Expertise in Finance analytics, financial modelling and metrics reporting
- Experience in implementing recurring revenue and subscription metrics for complex product offerings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of FP&A metrics such as Gross Margin, Pricing, Discounting, ARR Forecasting and P&L
- Experience in Unit Test Automation and Scripting and Test Frameworks
- Hands on exposure to using Automation Framework like TestNG, Selenium , Katalon, Cucumber, Soap UI pro to write Automation Scripts
- Using Automation tools and framework for automating testing across web and mobile platforms
- Experience in writing automation scripts for API testing and request, response validation
- Good understanding of test plans, test cases for Functional, System Integration, UAT, and Regression Testing
- Good understanding of writing Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Coverage
- Experience in Telecom domain is a plus
- Prepare reports/presentations for senior management, variance analysis (comparing with annual plan, budget, forecast) and recommendations based on the goals/forecasts
- Create and maintain documentation related to various processes, enhancements, validations, and other key aspects as per business needs.
- Competent in Agile execution Process
- Good Analytical and communication skills
- Ensure compliance to processes set by clients
- Ability to work in a collaborative multi-application team environment.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
