Infosys is seeking a Senior Telecom Consultant who has extensive experience in Identifying, designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of complex technology solutions across the organization. Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into robust, scalable architectures while ensuring alignment with strategic technology vision and best practices. Building out SOPs, training documentation, RACIs, and other critical frameworks for the Organization.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Overland Park, KS or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4 Years of experience in Information Technology.
- Experience working in telecom network configurations teams with large communication organizations
- Experience in Telecom Domain
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cyber security, mergers related activities, managing budget etc.
- Experience in product owner capabilities
- Assisting field representatives supporting client network configurations
- Designing process flows for strategic customers, priority initiatives, and strategic partners which enhance efficiency, provide clarity of support processes, and align all stakeholders.
- Collaborating to build new tools and reporting to support the client Business Group and improve support metrics.
- Designing dashboards for network outages
- knowledge in designing testing process, testing template, acceptance criteria, and testing scenarios used by the entire QA team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
