Seeking a Clerical Secretary to perform clerical support services in Burlington, VT.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Processing documents.
Basic data entry, scanning, copying, filing records.
Coordinating staff travel.
Receptionist duties such as answering and routing calls, greeting visitors, processing mail/packages.
Assisting with physical maintenance of files and keeping an inventory of file room.
Stocking forms and office supplies.
Other clerical appropriate duties as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (an undergraduate degree preferred).
- 4 years of experience in a professional office environment, preferably a legal environment.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite of products, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation.
