The Investment Operations team is responsible for managing the commercial aspects of deals, including :
1. Commercial Admin : Managing the administrative tasks related to commercial deals, such as contract administration and supplier onboarding.
2. Payouts : Handling payouts to contractors and suppliers via wire transfers, validating wire transfer payouts, and approving them.
3. Documenting Processes : Ensuring that all processes are up-to-date and documented properly, leveraging tools like Salesforce and Buy@.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial admin tasks, including contract administration and supplier onboarding
- Handle payouts to contractors and suppliers via wire transfers, validating wire transfer payouts, and approving them
- Document all processes and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate
