Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly Line Worker / Production Associate to join our medical device manufacturing team in Austin, TX. This role involves assembling, inspecting, and packaging medical devices while following strict quality and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate has experience in a production or manufacturing environment and is comfortable working in a cleanroom setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual assembly of medical devices according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operate production equipment and tools while maintaining high safety standards.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cleanroom protocols.
- Accurately document production data, test results, and any deviations.
- Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment (preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry).
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with precision.
- Familiarity with GMP, FDA, and ISO 13485 regulations is a plus.
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment is preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.80 per hour
