Skills & Experience:
- Degree required with 4-6 years of experience - platform HR ERP (SAP), all productivity and communication tools.
- Support data and data interfaces for HR function in SAP ERP. Needs experience in SAP, HR Data, and processes.
- This will require collaborating with IT & HR stakeholders, vendors (data interface provider or receiver) and us manage service provider TCS.
- Responsibilities will include overseeing current interfaces to make sure they are executed properly, in case of errors, needs collaborate with each party to timely resolution.
- Enhance current functionality of these capabilities to meet legal and compliance requirements by guiding TCS (our developers) to new solutions.
- Communicate issues, timing of resolution, work arounds with all stakeholders on a timely basis.
- Participate in IT work planning sessions for supported capabilities.
