Minimum Requirement: South Florida Electrician License
Core Skill Sets:
- Strong knowledge of Control Systems (PLC, HMI, Relays, etc.) and Process Automation.
- Comprehensive understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
- Valid Electrician License (Mandatory).
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience with control systems.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, equipment and process troubleshooting.
- Project management experience is a plus.
Education:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
- Accepted: High School diploma with relevant electrician and controls certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on plant utility systems, including electrical infrastructure, HVAC, heating/cooling systems, steam, gas, water treatment, and sewage systems.
- Ensure system compliance, reliability, and value preservation to support production goals.
- Conduct end-to-end maintenance, repair, and support activities to maintain utility system reliability and adherence to EHS&S and cGMP standards.
- Report and address any deviations from regulations, guidelines, and safety standards.
- Provide technical support for utility assets, ensuring efficient and compliant operation.
- Execute predictive and preventive maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with local and global procedures, cGMP, and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot automated equipment and control systems.
- Execute planned maintenance, corrective work orders, and track progress in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Support troubleshooting and repairs for equipment, utilities, and processes.
- Manage small projects, including new equipment installations, upgrades, facility modifications, and infrastructure enhancements.
- Collaborate on corrective actions (CAPAs) for engineering and maintenance-related issues.
- Support and resolve equipment-related deviations and approvals.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to maintenance teams to troubleshoot complex problems, understand failure modes, and implement technical solutions for facility controls.
- Implement safe work practices, conduct risk assessments, and promote a safe working environment through preventive measures and hazard analysis.
