Role Overview:
Assist in the operational and administrative processes of clinical supply activities, ensuring smooth coordination and compliance for lower-complexity studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage routine administrative duties to support clinical supply operations efficiently.
- Facilitate the handling and organization of study medications, comparator products, and ancillary materials.
- Serve as a team member in departmental initiatives and cross-functional collaborations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, including stock levels and expiration tracking, while preparing regular updates.
- Ensure depot activities adhere to company policies and client standards.
- Arrange for the purchase of additional resources or supplies as requested.
- Support logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and documentation.
- Keep informed about changes in regulations related to GMP and GDP to ensure compliance.
- Use electronic systems to monitor workflows and maintain records.
Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or vocational training preferred.
- Relevant experience or education in a comparable field may substitute qualifications.
Skills and Attributes:
- Effective communication abilities in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Competence in basic software tools and data entry applications.
- Adaptable to changes and capable of working under minimal supervision.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
