We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Supply Associate to support clinical supply chain operations. This role involves managing inventory, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to facilitate the seamless delivery of clinical supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks, including documentation and record-keeping.
- Track inventory levels, monitor expiration dates, and generate status reports.
- Manage clinical drug products, medical devices, and ancillary supplies.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and client-specific requirements.
- Coordinate procurement and logistics to meet project demands.
- Support project teams with operational insights and cross-department collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records in electronic inventory management systems.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant academic/vocational qualifications preferred.
- 0–1 year of experience in clinical supplies or supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with inventory systems and regulatory standards (GMP, GDP).
