Overview
The Picker/Packer supports the operations and administrative tasks involved in managing clinical supplies for low complexity studies. This role ensures that drug products, comparators, and ancillaries are managed effectively, complying with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the clinical supplies lifecycle.
- Assist in daily operations, including managing study drugs, comparators, and ancillary supplies.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet study requirements.
- Track and report on inventory levels and expiration dates for department drug products and medical devices.
- Ensure that activities follow company practices and client requirements.
- Arrange procurement of additional supplies as needed.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and project mini-teams.
- Maintain accurate records in electronic management systems.
- Stay up to date with relevant training and regulatory guidelines (GMP and GDP).
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
- Ability to work with electronic management systems and spreadsheets.
- Good communication and time management skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
