Job Title : Senior Project Scheduler
Duration : 12 Months
Schedule Descriptions : 4 days x 10 hours
Description :
Schedule project activities (date, time, sequence) for the Nuclear or Engineering Projects organizations. Perform schedule maintenance between Passport and Primavera scheduling tools. Assist various project managers in developing schedules for on-line, outage projects and life-cycle schedules. The purpose of this position is to deliver a timely, coherent, comprehensive, and accurate set of schedules for assigned projects.
Principal Accountabilities :
- Develop detailed schedule development for assigned projects to ensure Technical Specification and Maintenance Rule compliance and properly manage risk in a manner consistent with station procedures, processes, and goals.
- Assist in the upkeep of lifecycle project schedules
- Maintain schedule integrity.
- Develop and implement scheduling methodology based on industry best practice.
- Support the Biennial refuelling outage for project scheduling.
Required Education and Experience :
Bachelors degree in a technical field involving Mechanical, Electrical or Nuclear Engineering, or Nuclear Technology and 5 years of nuclear power generation experience in operations, maintenance, engineering or technical project management : OR,
Associates degree in a technical field involving Mechanical, Electrical or Nuclear Engineering, or Nuclear Technology and 7 years of nuclear power generation experience in operations, maintenance, engineering or technical project management : OR,
High school diploma or GED and 9 years of nuclear power generation experience in a journey level craft, qualified watch station, field engineer or Quality Control position within operations, maintenance, engineering, or quality assurance.
