Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performing testing of raw materials, intermediates, and final products in a biotechnology or related field. The Quality Control Analyst will be responsible for conducting testing following established analytical methods, including Cell-based Bioassays, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, and qPCR Assays. This position requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of quality control processes, and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform testing on raw materials, intermediates, and final products according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Execute various assays, including Cell-based Bioassays, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, and qPCR, to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Record, analyze, and interpret data from testing procedures and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and optimization of new testing protocols and techniques.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality control issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry in Quality Control OR
- Associate’s Degree with 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry in Quality Control
- Proven experience performing Cell-based Bioassays, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, and qPCR assays.
- Strong background in quality control processes, testing, and documentation.
- Proficiency in laboratory testing techniques and equipment handling.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a GMP or regulated environment.
Salary : $27 - $30
