3 months W2 contract role. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY
Must have exp with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
Support our supply chain organization, Construction, Facilities Supply Chain (CFSC), to update our quality management systems to comply with IATF 16949 requirements by the end of June 2025.
Role:
- Process identification, mapping, and proceduralizing for in-scope processes
- Update our existing process documentation to comply with IATF 16949 requirements
- Document new process documentation to comply with IATF 16949 requirements
- New processes may include Risk Management, Training, Control of Externally Provided Services, Supplier Development, Monitoring/Measurement/Analysis/Evaluation.
- All Processes will need to have Monitoring & Measurement established
Competencies:
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to various stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external parties.
Training and Development:
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs related to quality management.
- Ability to educate and train employees on IATF 16949 requirements and best practices.
Auditing Skills:
- Experience in conducting internal and external audits.
- Knowledge of audit principles and techniques.
- Formal training as a lead auditor for IATF 16949 is a plus.
Change Management:
- Ability to manage and drive change within the organization.
- Experience in implementing change management strategies.
- Understanding of the human aspects of change and how to address resistance.
Process Mapping Expertise:
- Proficiency in creating detailed process maps using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or other process mapping software.
- Ability to identify and document all steps in a process, including inputs, outputs, and interdependencies.
- Experience in using various process mapping techniques (e.g., flowcharts, SIPOC diagrams, value stream mapping).
Procedural Documentation Skills:
- Strong writing skills to develop clear, concise, and comprehensive procedural documents.
- Ability to standardize procedures and ensure consistency across the organization.
- Experience in creating work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other procedural documentation.
Salary : $45 - $55
