Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Lead with expertise in a DEA-regulated environment and strong knowledge of SAP APO and ECC to manage and support supply chain planning activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee a team of planners, schedulers, and planner-buyers, ensuring efficient end-to-end site supply planning and execution.
- Develop and review supply plans based on market and packaging site demand.
- Lead RCCP across manufacturing to balance capacity and resources while ensuring continuous supply.
- Plan and schedule specific resources, ensuring alignment with manufacturing and QA teams.
- Collaborate on bids and tenders, ensuring feasibility within known constraints.
- Drive process improvements in supply chain planning and support related projects.
- Monitor and report key KPIs : demand adherence, schedule adherence, and inventory.
