Overview
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner with a strong background in Pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working within the supply chain domain, particularly in SAP, APO, and ECC. The position demands strong skills in supply chain planning, scheduling, data management, and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the supply plan to ensure efficient production and inventory control.
- Support the creation of an optimized end-to-end site supply plan to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and inventory.
- Ensure effective inventory management through precise demand and supply planning.
- Use SAP, APO, and ECC tools to track, monitor, and analyze supply chain activities.
- Generate and manage SAP reports to ensure visibility and control over supply chain activities.
- Provide direction and support to a team of planners, schedulers, and planner-buyers.
- Assist in training team members on supply chain processes, SAP system functionalities, and best practices.
- Oversee the scheduling process, ensuring alignment with production and inventory requirements.
- Support the S&OP process by providing timely and accurate data related to production, inventory, and demand.
- Participate in S&OP meetings and help align the supply plan with forecasted demand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, ideally in Pharmaceutical and/or FMCG industries.
- Proficiency in SAP (ECC, APO), and other supply chain management tools.
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, supply chain optimization, and production scheduling.
- Experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (demand forecasting, inventory management, logistics).
- Previous experience working with large-scale, global supply chains.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
