Job Description
Infotrend, Inc. is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Agile Coach to join our amazing team, supporting a multitude of Agile Transformation and Delivery efforts. As an astute change agent, the Agile Coach will play a critical role at Infotrend, applying subject matter expertise for corporate initiatives, and supporting high-performance program delivery teams. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience in federal government contracting, specifically involving Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®), Agile Scrum, Kanban, DevSecOps, and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI / CD). This is an excellent opportunity for a go-getter to wear multiple hats and excel in an entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
This position will play a vital role supporting various team members and customer stakeholders to understand and adopt the lean-agile mindset. The successful candidate will be able to work across organizational boundaries to facilitate communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Develop and maintain the Agile Transformation roadmap for the enterprise, including implementation of an Agile Community of Practice to align standards, coaching, training, and adoption
- Evaluate existing programs for alignment with Agile principles and best practices, and recommend solutions for optimization based on customer goals and objectives
- Support one or more federal programs as an Agile Coach, helping organizations adopt their role in the transformation initiative
- Create and facilitate Agile workshops supporting transformation
- Coach team members on optimal use of Agile tools and technologies (Jira, Confluence, TFS / Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Provide visibility and understanding of team performance to allow teams to take continuous improvement actions
- Support bids, proposals, and marketing efforts, including creation of relevant Agile content, reviewing proposals, and delivering oral presentations
- Other duties, as assigned

The salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $160,000 annually. The exact salary offered will depend on your qualifications, experience, and alignment with the responsibilities of the role.
