Job Description

Infotrend is seeking a Business Analyst with strong organizational and problem-solving skills to support daily operations, troubleshooting, and communication with an Oracle SME. While deep technical expertise is not required, a foundational understanding of Oracle encryption and security protocols will be beneficial in effectively supporting issue resolution and ensuring compliance with data security standards.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage daily operational meetings to discuss system performance and outstanding issues.
• Follow a structured troubleshooting checklist to identify and document technical concerns.
• Communicate findings and necessary actions to the Oracle SME, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Awareness of Oracle encryption principles, such as Transparent Data Encryption (TDE), data masking, and key management, to effectively relay security-related issues.
• Track and follow up on issue resolution progress, ensuring alignment with security protocols and best practices.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Basic understanding of Oracle database security and encryption methods (TDE, Key Management, Data Masking).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for encryption-related troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate between business teams and Oracle SMEs.

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 annually. The exact salary offered will depend on your qualifications, experience, and alignment with the responsibilities of the role.
