Job Description
Infotrend, Inc. is seeking an outstanding leader to join a high-performance team, to ensure overall governance and quality of operations. As an astute change agent, the Director of Operations will play a critical role at Infotrend, supporting the VP of Operations in day-to-day execution of tasks, tracking corporate initiatives, and supporting client-facing program delivery teams. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience in federal government contracting, with excellent communication and customer relationship management skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a go-getter to wear multiple hats and excel in an entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with other leaders in developing the vision and strategy to ensure overall governance and quality of the Operations & Program Delivery team
- Evaluate operations oriented processes, procedures, and policies for gaps and propose / present solution recommendations to senior leadership
- Track status and actions for corporate initiatives that may be internal to Operations or interdepartmental including Growth, People Experience, and / or Finance
- Lead all efforts to ensure ongoing compliance for ISO, CMMI, and CMMC certifications
- Liaise between Operations and the Growth team in support of bids and proposals, including coordination of contributors and content
- Capture the necessary labor requirements for proposal submissions and collaborate with People Experience to secure qualified candidates to fill positions upon contract award
- Prepare roll-up reporting for program delivery, highlighting utilization, burn rate, key risks, issues, and decisions
- Ensure the quality of weekly and monthly program delivery status tracking in project and portfolio management tool
- Perform quality assurance of proforma financial reporting and project accounting
- Regular engagement with program delivery teams and program stakeholders to ensure quality of services and deliverables
- Regular (bi-weekly or monthly) onsite client visits to build relationships at all levels, within and beyond stakeholder groups directly involved in programs
- Design and enable engagement strategies for delivery teams, including relevant training and team building events
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
The salary for this position ranges from $140 to $170 annually. The exact salary offered will depend on your qualifications, experience, and alignment with the responsibilities of the role.
