Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of IT experience, specializing in enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, and IT leadership. This role requires a deep understanding of IT systems analysis, design, and architecture, with a focus on cloud-native, web/digital, mobile, and client-server applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams of solution/application architects and collaborate with executive leaders to define and execute enterprise transformation strategies.
- Drive cloud transformation initiatives, including assessing and adopting modern technologies, performing requirements analysis, and authoring reference architectures.
- Design and develop enterprise/domain architecture, automation, AI/ML, data analytics, IT leadership, budgeting, forecasting, vendor relations, and digital transformation solutions.
- Ensure compliance with various regulatory standards such as SOX.
- Provide technical leadership by designing and delivering complex architectures, managing global teams, and implementing strategic IT initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer communications and improve communication practices.
- Mentor and guide designers and developers in implementing feature development by providing high-level design documents, domain-driven design, and C4 components.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degrees and certifications are a plus.
- Over 20 years of experience in IT systems analysis, design, and architecture.
- Extensive experience in cloud transformation, enterprise architecture, and IT leadership.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and tools including Java, Python, Spring, Hibernate, REST, and AWS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams through agile methodologies.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering complex architectures and managing global teams.
Technical Skills:
- RESTful APIs, Spring Framework, Java/J2EE, IBM Integration Bus, Mule ESB, and various other technologies.
- Cloud solutions and modernization using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and various AWS and Azure services.
- Application and REST API development using Java, serverless computing, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with enterprise/domain architecture, automation, AI/ML, data analytics, IT leadership, budgeting, forecasting, vendor relations, and digital transformation.
Preferred Certifications:
- TOGAF 9.2
- AWS Cloud Solution Architect
- Prince2 Practitioner
