Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Banking, Payments, & Fraud Prevention to lead and oversee complex programs within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, delivering projects on time and within budget, and driving innovation in the areas of banking operations, payment systems, and fraud detection/prevention. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Should have experience in RTP (Real Time Payments) & FEDNOW
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Master s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on banking, payments, and fraud prevention.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of payment systems (e.g., ACH, wire transfers, card payments) and fraud detection technologies.
- Certifications: PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certifications are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and familiarity with data analytics tools.
