Job Title: Pega Business Analyst (3 Days onsite in a week)
Location: Dallas, TX
Longterm Contract
Must To Have:
Analytical and problem-solving skills to break down complex business processes and identify
opportunities for improvement and simplification.
Knowledge of systems design and Pega technology to align the business requirements and
end-user needs with Pega s out-of-the-box features.
Active listening, communication, and facilitation skills to create a common language
and understanding of both the business need and Pega s capabilities between the project team and other stakeholders.
Ability to gather business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders and Pega development
for solutions on the Pega platform.
Experience with designing solutions using the Pega CDH (Customer Decisioning Hub).
3 years of work experience in relevant fields.
Nice To Have:
Ability to use tools (BigQuery, Kibana etc.) to extract, and analyze large amounts of
data.
Adaptable to rapidly changing/ faster-paced environments, able to work independently.
Experience with technical troubleshooting
Experience with the Pega Customer Journey Management Platform
Experience of integrations with multi-tiered Enterprise Applications
System Architecture Design Experience.
Bachelor's degree.
