We are looking for a skilled Process Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automated systems for workflow automation solutions using BPM tools like Camunda, Azure App Logic, or other. The ideal candidate shall have a strong experience in building automated workflow management to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks. He shall deliver innovative solutions that drive productivity and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Analysis and design:
  • Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify automation opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and implement automated solutions to optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and assess feasibility.
  • Conduct gap analysis to align automation initiatives with business goals.
  • Create POC for feasibility studies to evaluate new processes and workflows.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather input and prioritize requirements.
  1. Development and Implementation:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standards.
  • Develop and deploy automation scripts, tools, and systems using platforms like RPA (Robotic Process Automation), PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and other automation technologies.
  • Integrate workflows with APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
  • Integrate automation solutions with existing systems, such as ERPs, CRMs, or custom-built software.
  • Test, debug, and document automated workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  1. Reporting and Analysis
  • Monitor process automation performance and gather user feedback post-implementation.
  • Identify and leverage emerging tools and technologies in the process automation domain
  • Prepare regular Automation progress reports for stakeholders.



Qualifications:

  1. Technical Skills:
  2. Must Have
  3. Minimum 8 years of experience in Process Automation with 3 years hands on in Microsoft Power Automate or some BPM tool.
  4. Proven experience in workflow automation using tools like Camunda, Azure App Logic, or similar platforms.
  5. Knowledge of Rules based workflow management system or BPM tools.
  6. Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and convert to automation solution
  7. Ability to write scripts and develop code for automation with focus on performance, security and scalability.
  8. Knowledge of any one or more scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
  9. Experience in integrating with microservices through Azure Logic apps or Functions.
  10. Handson experience integrating with various enterprise systems like SAP, CRM and custom Applications to build flows
  11. Prior experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies is mandatory - sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  12. Familiar with Azure DepOps and other Azure services.
  13. Proficiency in creating and presenting documentation, diagrams, and reports.
  14. Nice to have:
  15. Experience with AI, machine learning, or advanced data analytics in automation.
  16. Hands-on experience with APIs and system integration.
  17. Experience with cloud-based solutions or emerging technologies.
  18. Soft Skills:
  19. Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  20. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
  21. Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
  22. Work effectively in an onshore-offshore model, facilitating seamless collaboration and communication.
