Product Owner (participates in the Agile process and ideates on the product's expansion)
- Description: We have an opportunity to improve the customer authentication experience across our assisted channels. Per the VOC, this is a major pain point to customer frustration. This improvement will support use cases such as password resets, click-to-call from retail, reduced PIN-based auth failures, Voice-based auth for IVR, and a retail experience that replaces manual manager overrides for ID validations ( due to lost phones).
- To achieve this, we're exploring enhanced Voice ID vendors, IDV technology with facial recognition, and other cloud-based biometric solutions across all channels. We're considering vendors like NICE, Validsoft, WINK, Clear, and Forgerock.
- This headcount will support the technical integration of these vendors for POCs, develop business cases, evaluate their benefits, and ultimately support the platform integration work with the chosen vendors. Once new vendors are onboarded, this includes consolidating older vendors like Nok Nok and Nuance.
