Job Summary:
The Salesforce Sr Functional Analyst will be responsible for understanding, analyzing, and documenting business processes and requirements, and translating them into Salesforce solutions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, project managers, Solution Design Architects, Functional Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and other team members to ensure the effective implementation and adoption of Salesforce functionalities that meet business needs.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in the Software Development Industry.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Functional and Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce projects.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in using business and functional analysis tools and techniques.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Functional Analyst or Salesforce Business Analyst certification is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning components and development.
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
