- Work closely with solution architects, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Establish and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for onshore and offshore teams, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and provide status updates to leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges.
- Drive process improvements and best practices for API development and integration projects.
- Oversee testing, deployment, and post-production monitoring to ensure API performance and reliability.
- Deep understanding of telecom industry standards, protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with onshore and offshore teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
