Senior Data Analyst

Title: Senior Data Analyst(Healthcare)
Location: Rocky Hill, CT (Onsite -5 days)
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex healthcare data related to provider operations and claim processing to derive actionable insights.
• Develop and execute SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis from various databases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and support decision-making.
• Maintain data quality and integrity through rigorous validation and cleansing processes.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and results comprehensively.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and healthcare data management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong emphasis on healthcare data, including provider and claim processing.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience with SSIS is a plus but not required.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
