Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. This position involves interacting with customers to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Contingent Worke,CW Project Loads,Contingent workers for A Series FSN
- Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
- Performs, as a skilled worker, a number of Customer Service support tasks.
- Determines, based upon professional knowledge, HOW best to approach the task and how to solve abnormalities.
- Analyses abnormalities that occur within own working area and reasons, based upon professional knowledge and insights, where the cause lies and remedies it.
- Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.
- Attention to detail a must
- Has an above Basic level of skill with Excel
- Some phone work will be required
Skills
- Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in sales or customer support is advantageous
- Familiarity with call center procedures and client services
- Ability to type efficiently while talking on the phone
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
