We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and delivering large-scale construction projects.
The primary responsibility of the Construction Operations Manager will be to oversee all aspects of the construction process, from planning and design to execution and completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of construction professionals, as well as working closely with clients and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, as well as 7-20 years of experience in the construction industry. The candidate must be proficient in all aspects of heavy civil and earthworks construction, as well as have a strong understanding of project management principles.
