Key Responsibilities:
- Billing Management:
- Develop and implement effective billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to verify completion of billable milestones and ensure necessary documentation is provided.
- Analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Contract Tracking:
- Establish and maintain a robust contract tracking system to ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and contractual obligations to prevent delays and penalties.
- Develop and implement procedures for contract closeout and final invoicing.
- Team Orders and Payroll:
- Design and implement efficient payroll processes to ensure accurate timekeeping and labor reporting.
- Coordinate with HR and project managers to ensure proper payroll allocation to the correct projects and job codes.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Credit Card Expense Management:
- Implement a credit card expense reconciliation process to ensure accurate categorization and matching of receipts.
- Analyze credit card purchases to ensure alignment with company policies and project budgets.
- Resolve any discrepancies or unauthorized charges.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Develop and implement comprehensive reporting systems to provide accurate and timely information to management and project teams.
- Assist with audits and financial reviews by providing accurate billing records and contract documentation.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and organization in all financial and contract-related documentation.
