We’re looking for passionate, driven students excited about supporting independent business and the natural foods industry to join our team and contribute to projects that make a real-world impact. These paid, 10-week internships offer opportunities to develop your skills, build your network, and work side by side with industry professionals.
Internship Details
- Location: St Paul, MN HQ office
- Duration: 10 weeks (Summer 2025)
- Compensation: Competitive hourly wage ($19-$22/hr)
About the Role:
As the Growth/Business Development Intern, you will do things such as:
- Assist in research and data analysis to track membership engagement trends and growth trends within the natural foods industry.
- Help support strategies focused on INFRA’s membership base.
- Collaborate with the team to draft marketing materials or member outputs.
- Support execution of sales operations elements and system optimization.

Reporting: Reports to the Growth Manager
Status: Seasonal hourly
Position requirements: Periodic work outside of business hours and local travel may be required
Salary info: Intern $19-22/hr
