Job Description :
We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas : estate planning trust and probate law real estate law business transactions and taxation law . The successful candidate will collaborate with other attorneys in the firm and play a key role in legal research drafting documents and providing strategic legal support across various practice areas.
Qualifications :
- Experience in at least one of the firms core practice areas
- Strong legal research and analytical abilities
- Ability to provide wellreasoned legal guidance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a highly regarded law school
