- Manage employment law cases from initial intake to final resolution.
- Perform legal research and prepare pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and trial documents.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Present arguments for motions and make regular court appearances.
- Collaborate with clients to formulate case strategies and ensure ongoing communication.
- Engage in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement discussions.
- Support trial preparation and, when necessary, act as second chair during trial proceedings.
- Must be an active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
- 1 5 years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong preference for employment law.
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities.
- Experience in trial preparation is a plus.
