Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with a strong background in handling complex litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in civil litigation, with a proven track record of legal writing, courtroom advocacy, and trial proceedings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents .
- Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support litigation strategies.
- Manage the discovery process , including depositions, interrogatories, and document review.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials .
- Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients throughout the litigation process.
- Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively.
- Interpret and apply laws, regulations, and judicial rulings to case strategy.
- Maintain strong client communication and case management to ensure effective representation.
