Job Summary
- Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC/R systems and equipment
- Replace and startup various types of HVAC equipment
- Communicate efficiently with customers and service and sales teams
- Respond to emergency calls promptly, even outside regular business hours
- Complete work orders, timecard, mechanical tasking, and job-related processes professionally
- Work in challenging conditions, including extreme weather
- Alert management about any unsafe, hazardous conditions
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Utilize service operations technology in the field
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial/industrial HVAC/R systems
- Pass a background check and a drug screening
- Possess a valid driver's license with a good record
- Be self-motivated and have exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Hold a current HVAC license, (EPA), and KY Journeyman (preferred).
